Editorial policy

We use AI to help draft what we publish, and a person reviews every article before it goes live. This page explains exactly how that works, what standards the writing has to meet, and how to tell us when we get something wrong.

How our articles are produced

We are an automation company, so it would be strange to pretend we write everything by hand. Our process is:

  1. 1Research. The topic, the questions readers actually ask, and the sources that can support any claim we intend to make.
  2. 2Draft. An AI-assisted first draft, produced against a written specification covering structure, sourcing and tone.
  3. 3Review. A person reads the whole thing, checks every figure against its source, rewrites what is weak, and cuts what is filler.
  4. 4Publish. Only after that review. Nothing is published automatically.

The byline on every article names the person accountable for it. Today that is John Foster, Founder, Ottoflow. If an article is wrong, that is on us, not on a tool.

Sourcing and citation standards

Every external claim we make has to trace back to a source we actually read. Our rules:

What we do not do

Corrections

We will get things wrong occasionally. When we do, we would rather fix it visibly than quietly.

Why we publish this

We sell process improvement measured with data. A company that argues for measurable, documented processes should be willing to document its own. If you want to see the method applied to something of yours, book a call and we will baseline one of your workflows live.
